MARCH 2024 / New Expense Tracking Feature: Remarks and Timestamping

o facilitate the tracking and management of your employees' expenses, we are introducing two enhancements in this update.

One is the ability to display notes attached to expenses directly in the exports of work reports. The second enhancement allows the entry of expenses over a longer period of time.

How it works:

• Now, you can enter employee expenses for multiple days at once (not just for one specific day as before).
• This extension allows users to more easily and quickly enter recurring expenses, such as meal allowances, without having to repeat the entry for each individual day.
• Within the expense entry for employees, you can fill in the "Remarks" field, and the text of the note will now be inserted directly into the work report of the respective employee.
• These features are accessible in the "Add Expense" window, which you can find in the HOURS WORKED report.
