MARCH 2024 / New feature in mobile app: Arrival/Departure Alerts

To support the accuracy of attendance records and simplify the daily management of your employees' attendance records, we are introducing a new feature in our Stavario mobile app.

This feature includes notifications sent directly to your mobile device. You will receive a notification if you forget to clock in (do not enter your arrival at the project), or if you forget to clock out at the end of your workday.

How it works:

• The new feature is accessible in the SETTINGS section (gear icon) directly in the mobile app.
• Employees can set a time when they want to be alerted in case they have not clocked in/out of work, i.e., they have not entered their arrival or departure times.
• The set time is displayed on the employee's card, and if the employee forgets to enter their times, the app will automatically send them a notification.

How this will help you:

• Ensures that all employees regularly record their arrival and departure times, leading to more accurate attendance records.
• Helps employees maintain discipline in entering their work hours, which is crucial for the correct evaluation of hours worked.
• Reduces errors in attendance records, which facilitates the management and processing of payroll.
