SEPTEMBER 2024 / Mobile Application: Remembering Login Credentials

General Introduction

We continuously strive to enhance the convenience and efficiency of working with the Stavario application. To that end, we have introduced a new feature: "Remember Credentials". This functionality allows users to log back into the mobile application faster and more easily, even in cases where they have been logged out of the system.

How It Works

• If a user manually logs out of the app or is automatically logged out (e.g., after a period of inactivity), the app now offers the option to save login credentials.
• Upon reopening the app, users will first be prompted to log into their phone (using a PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition, depending on the phone's settings).
• Once successfully logged into the phone, the previously saved login credentials will automatically be pre-filled in the Stavario app.
• Users simply need to click the "Log In" button, streamlining the re-login process.
