JANUARY 2024/ Send work reports directly to email

We're excited to introduce another great feature we've just added to our Stavario app - the ability to send work reports directly to employees' and self-employed workers' emails! No more manual distribution or printing. With the new "Send Emails" button in your "Work Reports" module, it's easy and fast.

How does it work?

1. In the "Hours worked" module, you'll find the new "Send emails" button.
2. Clicking this button opens a window where you can select which work reports you want to send.
3. Make sure you have the email addresses filled in for all employees and self-employed workers in the "Employees" module.
4. Select the recipients and press "Send emails". The work report will be automatically sent to the emails specified in the employee profiles.

This new feature is designed to save you time and simplify administration. No more complications with distributing work reports. Everything is now conveniently integrated directly into your Stavario app.
