MAY 2024 / New Permissions in Site diary Restriction on Data Deletion

We are pleased to introduce a new feature within the permissions management of the site diary. This update allows better control over who can delete records within the daily log.

How It Works:

• In Settings, navigate to the Users and Roles section, then to User Roles.
• In the User Roles overview, you can edit the settings for a specific User Role.
• You can now assign or restrict the ability to delete records within the daily log.
• Assign the "Delete inside record" permission to the user who should have this capability.

How It Helps You:

• Provides greater security and control over records in the construction diary.
• Allows better management and control of individual user permissions.
• Minimizes the risk of important records being accidentally deleted by other users.
